Who are the 10 best bargains in the NHL through 6 weeks of the 2013/14 season, otherwise known as the first quarter mark. We are looking at players who are outside the top 200 in salary, but inside the top 100 of production (based on my player rankings), not necessarily the best bargains by points per dollar spent (like a recent list produced by Capgeek). I am looking for higher end production than Mike Santorelli when deciding what's a bargain or not. Players on entry level contracts are not included.
